These terms apply to the Esportly app for iPhone and iPad. By using it, you accept them. They complement Apple’s license agreement for App Store apps. The French version prevails.

Esportly lets you follow esports teams, players and competitions, check their matches and results, and receive alerts. The app is free and works without an account.
Schedules, scores, teams and players are provided by PandaScore. They are updated very often, but may arrive with a short delay, change (rescheduled or cancelled matches) or contain errors. Check with the organizer for anything that really matters to you.
Alerts go through Apple’s notification service and your device’s network. They may arrive late or not at all, for example without a connection, in a Focus mode, or if notifications are turned off in your iPhone settings.
Streams are shown by the official Twitch, YouTube or Kick players, only if you tap “Play the stream here”. The terms and privacy policy of that platform then apply. We host no video and do not choose its content, which may show games not suited to younger players.
Esportly offers no betting and does not promote it. The app’s predictions stay on your device, with no money and no prize.
Esportly is not affiliated with any game publisher, league or team. Names and logos of games, leagues, teams and players belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. The app itself, its name, design and code belong to ProtoJo Digital.
ProtoJo Digital does its best to keep the app working and the information accurate, and is liable for damage it causes as provided by law. It is not responsible for third-party services (Apple, PandaScore, video platforms) or their outages.
The current version offers no purchase. If one is offered later (for example to remove ads), it will be processed by Apple, and its terms will be shown before any payment.

If these terms change significantly, we will announce it in the app before the change takes effect. If you disagree, you can stop using the app and delete it.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. If there is a problem, please write to us first at contact@protojo.fr.
